FARACHI cannot be held responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal service about outstanding customs duties and taxes.

If a recipient fails to claim or refuses a delivery, DHL will make another attempt to deliver. If they are unable to arrange a redelivery, the parcel will be discarded by the local authorities. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. If the package is returned to FARACHI due to refusal, the customer will be responsible for covering the return costs, which will be deducted from their store credit refund.

FARACHI may require additional shipping fees for high volume/quantity orders and for re-shipments resulting from new orders placed with issued store credit if the original shipping fees are not sufficient to cover the actual costs. The decision to charge these additional fees is at the discretion of FARACHI.

During high demand sale periods, your delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, FARACHI cannot offer compensation for any unforeseen delays that occur after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. These kinds of delays are beyond our control. If you want to receive compensation for any inconvenience, you can reach out to the courier company directly.

The delivery time is calculated from the moment your package is marked as shipped and does not include weekends or any hold-ups in customs processing.
