PRE-ORDER POLICY

At FARACHI, a pre-order item is a product that is not physically available in our warehouse and will only be provided for you if you place an order for it. The estimated time for a pre-order item to reach you is approximately 4 weeks from the day you place your order for the desired dress.

Pre-order Dates Not Guaranteed: Please note that there may be unforeseen delays in the shipment of your order, which could be caused by shipments being held by import customs, therefore we recommend ensuring your event is at least two weeks AFTER the estimated shipment date. FARACHI cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
After the pre-order items arrive at our facility, we will process and ship your order based on the estimated shipment date. If your order also includes items that are currently in stock, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

No Cancellation or Changes for Pre-Orders: Please note that once you place a pre-order, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
