Do you rent dresses?

I love the dress but I'm not sure what size to buy. What would you recommend?
We understand that finding the right size can be difficult as such we have a customer service team here to help you. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance or you can compare your measurements to our sizing chart. It's essential to note that our sizing chart is a suggestion based on body measurements for comparison purposes only and does not include measurements of the garments. If your measurements are slightly larger than the recommended size range, we highly recommend choosing the next size up instead of down, as some of our fabrics are non-stretch. This will ensure a comfortable and flattering fit.
Are all prices on FARACHI listed in Australian dollars?
Our prices are typically displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) as we are an Australian-based brand. However, our website can detect your location and provide you with the option to shop in your local currency if you prefer. If you wish to shop in a specific currency, you have the option to modify it by navigating to the bottom of our website's footer. It's important to keep in mind that the shipping costs stated in our policies are in AUD (Australian Dollars), but will be converted to your local currency when you reach the checkout stage. If you choose to return an item for store credit, please be aware that all credits will be issued solely in AUD currency, regardless of the currency used for your original purchase. Your store credit will be issued in the equivalent AUD value of your purchase amount less shipping. If you decide to use your store credit, you can opt to checkout in AUD currency or, if you prefer, choose to checkout in your local currency. If you choose the latter option, your store credit will be converted to the equivalent value of the currency you have selected for checkout.
The dress I love is sold out. What are my options?
We have a specialized group focused on replenishing popular dresses shortly after they sell out, which is good news. You can subscribe to our newsletter to receive a notification when the item you are looking for is available again on our online store.
Do I have to pay additional import fees into my country?
Please note that the prices displayed on our online store do not cover any applicable overseas duties or customs charges that may be imposed by your local customs office. These additional costs are not within our control and must be borne by the buyer. Before making a purchase, we kindly request that you become familiar with the customs charges and levies that may be applied in your country. Please note that FARACHI cannot be held responsible if customers are not informed by their country's postal authority that customs duties and taxes need to be paid on items being shipped.
Can I buy my dream dress now and pay for it later?

I would like to try on my favorite garment. Do you have a retail store?
We’re so sorry, FARACHI is currently an online-based fashion brand. However, we are delighted to announce that Melbournians will soon have the opportunity to personally experience our latest collections by scheduling an appointment to view, touch, and try on their favourite garments at our upcoming showroom.
If I made a mistake in my order, would it be possible to modify or cancel it?
Have you accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address? Or ordered the wrong size? Regrettably, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Our warehouse team is committed to providing prompt delivery of your package and frequently begins the process of picking and packing orders soon after they are received. As a result, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is in process. We kindly request that you review your order details carefully and confirm your satisfaction with your purchase before submitting it.
How do I apply a discount code, gift card, or store credit?
To utilize a discount, store credit, or gift card, simply copy and paste the code into the designated "DISCOUNT CODE" box during checkout and select "APPLY".
Is it possible to apply multiple promotional codes to a single order?
It is only possible to use a single discount code per order. However, if you have a credit note (gift card) from a previous purchase, it can be combined with a promotional code. To do so, enter your Gift Card ID and discount code during checkout and click APPLY. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our customer care team at contact@farachi.com.au for further assistance.
If I forgot to apply my discount code during checkout, what options are available to me?
Regrettably, it is not possible for us to manually apply a discount code to an order after it has been placed. Furthermore, we are unable to refund the difference, as orders cannot be modified once they have been processed. We kindly ask that you double-check the accuracy of your discount code during checkout to avoid any disappointment. If the offer is not a limited-time promotion, we recommend saving the discount code for use on a future order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere via DHL Express. Although FARACHI is based in Melbourne, Australia, the brand ships products on a daily basis to various locations worldwide. Find your country here.

Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?
Unless our team determines the item as faulty, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping expenses.
Australian Customers: To return items, you can either request an Australia Post Returns Label through our Online Returns Portal for $20 AUD, or use a courier of your choice.
International Customers: we are unable to provide return shipping labels for international customers. You can return your items via a carrier of your choice. We suggest that you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance for the items being returned and keep proof of postage. We kindly advise both Australian and international customers to review FARACHI's Returns & Exchanges policy prior to placing an order.
Who covers the cost of redelivery for an exchange?
Australian Customers: We offer one complimentary shipment of your requested exchange item via Standard Post. However, if you require any further exchanges, they will be shipped to you at your own cost.
International Customer: We regret to inform our international customers that we are unable to offer exchanges. Therefore, upon receiving your returned item, we will issue a store credit to you. You may use this credit to purchase the desired size for your exchange. We kindly advise both Australian and international customers to review FARACHI's Returns & Exchanges policy prior to placing an order.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
At FARACHI, we carefully pack each order to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. However, if you receive a product that you suspect is faulty, please inform our Customer Care team promptly by submitting a Return Request via our website here.
Our in-house Quality Control team will assess any faulty items before a resolution is given. After returning and evaluating the item, our team will decide if the item is eligible for replacement, repair, credit, or refund.
